Mike Lerner
Mike believes that fitness isn't just for the already fit or the athletic types. It's a lifestyle that can and should be enjoyed by everyone. Mike believes that the better you know your own body, how it works and how it develops can help you achieve your fitness goals faster. He strives to make each one of his clients feel as comfortable as possible, "because the less focused they are on hiding their insecurities, the better they can focus on their workout and achieving their results."
Mike's motivation to work out stems from the confidence he gains and the sense of accomplishment that working out gives him. He feels that a fit lifestyle isn't just a personal practice, but that it's also beneficial to the one's you love. He carries this philosophy into his career as a personal trainer and develops a unique workout regimen for each client based his or her lifestyle and personal needs.
Throughout his career Mike has had the opportunity to train many different types of people. He's facilitated a summer fitness camp for kids, trained a member of t he Yugoslavian National Hockey Team, educated and inspired a woman to shed pounds and run her first marathon, and has even developed programs for pre and post natal fitness. He also understands the necessity of fitness for special needs children and the aged and has experience with both.
