Rick Mull - B.S.

Rick holds a bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology as well as Mechanical Engineering. A 15 year fitness professional, Rick has worked in every area of fitness, including the running of executive health clubs such as the Metropolitan Club of Austin where he served as Athletic Director. When the Met closed in 2000, Rick formed ProForce Fitness, Inc., a personal training and supplement company which he uses to promote fitness for action sport athletes.

Rick has always enjoyed action sports such as skateboarding, snowboarding and wakeboarding and has competed in both motocross and jet ski racing. Rick has also competed in natural bodybuilding contests. Rick specializes in functional and sport specific training for all populations.
